The Plainfield East High School Athletic Booster Club will host its first Vendor Craft and Prom Fashion Show from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 9, 2011.

The Vendor Craft and Prom Fashion Show will be held at Plainfield East High School, 12001 S. Naperville Road, Plainfield. All District 202-area professional crafters and vendors are encouraged to participate.

Professional crafters and vendors must reserve a space. Spaces measure 8 feet by 10 feet, and cost $75 each. Electrical power costs $10 more. Applications can be downloaded by visiting the Plainfield East Athletic Booster’s web site at www.pehsbooster.com.

Community members are invited to browse the crafts and learn about services and products offered by local vendors for the upcoming prom and graduation seasons. Admission is $3 each or students with a student ID will be admitted for free.

The day will also feature a fashion show with models showcasing prom attire from local vendors. Food will be available for purchase from the concession stand.

All proceeds from the event will support student athletes at Plainfield East through the Athletic Boosters and the National Honor Society.
