Police Blotter: Naperville Teens Charged with Reckless Driving

Drug equipment arrest
Martin Hernandez, 20, of the 300 block of Hunter Avenue, Joliet, was arrested by Plainfield police at 2:40 p.m. at Joliet Road and Union Street and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
June 2
Underage drinking
Ozie Owen, 19, of the 200 block of Mayfair, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 3:25 a.m. in the 24000 block of Champion Drive and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, according to police.
Theft arrest
Dominika Fraczek, 20, of the 2700 block of Cripple Creek Court, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 6:20 p.m. in the 12000 block of Route 59 and charged with retail theft, police said.
June 12
Fake insurance
Marcus Landrum, 24, of the 24000 block of John Adams Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. at Lincoln Highway and Renwick Road and charged with displaying a false insurance card, police said.
Reckless driving
Nineteen-year-olds Jordan Lehman, of the 2000 block of Runker Circle, Naperville and Michael Rogers, of the 1300 block of Modaff, Naperville, were arrested at 12:41 a.m. at 119th Street and Route 59 and charged with reckless driving, police said.
June 18
Domestic battery
Paula M. McManis, 47, of the 24000 block of Walnut Circle, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police, charged with domestic battery and taken to the Will County jail, according to booking records.
Theft arrest
Joshua T. Hamad, 18, of the 21000 block of Juneau Court, Plainfield, was booked into the county jail on charges of felony theft, according to the Will County Sheriff’s office.
