Julien Varnado, 18, 25415 W. Pavilion Place, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 4:49 p.m. in the 14000 block of Coil Plus Drive and charged with residential burglary, police said.

Resisting a peace officer

Stanislaw Granat, 40, 14320 S. Naperville Road, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 10:20 p.m. in the 14000 block of South Naperville Road and charged with resisting and obstructing a peace officer, police said.

DUI

Maria Santovi, 25316 W. Jacob Fry Drive, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police at 11:47 p.m. at West 135th Street and Route 59 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, hit and run and illegal transportation of alcohol, police said.
