Neil R. Fried, 52, 15921 Hometown Drive, Plainfield, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 9 on a charge of theft.

James Morgan, 38, 16442 Mueller Circle, Plainfield, arrested by the Illinois State Police and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 10 on an arrest warrant.

Shirley Ann Ballou, 51, 12157 Leona Drive, Plainfield, arrested by the Will County Sheriff’s Office and booked into the Will County jail on Dec. 8 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Tyesha Rollins, 27, 1550 Plainfield Road, Joliet, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 11:40 p.m. Nov. 22 at Lily Cache Road and Lincoln Highway and charged with no valid driver’s license.

Javier Villasenor-Arreola, 40, 1303 W. 149th St., East Chicago, Ind., arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 11:20 a.m. Nov. 28 at Joliet and Renwick roads and charged with driving with a suspended/revoked license and no valid driver’s license.

Manuel Hernandez, 24, 736 Kane, Aurora, arrested by the Plainfield Police Department at about 10:05 a.m. Dec. 2 at 135th Street and U.S. 30 and charged with no valid driver’s license and on an in-state warrant.
