Republican Congresswoman Judy Biggert and Democratic challenger Bill Foster will sound off in a live televised forum starting at 7 p.m. tonight, Oct. 24, on WTTW’s Chicago Tonight.

Biggert, who previously represented the 3rd Congressional District, seeks election to an eight term — this time in the new 11th District — while Foster hopes to return to Congress.
